Master Pho ("Master Pho," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our contest pages or submit a registration, payment, or waiver form (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

A. Information you provide

• Registration details: first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP).
• Emergency contact: name, relationship, and phone number you provide for contest day.
• Waiver information: the release of liability you sign electronically to confirm your entry.
• Consents: your SMS opt-in selections.

B. Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Usage data: pages visited, dates and times, and interactions.

We do not request Social Security numbers or government ID numbers through this Site, and we do not store your full payment-card number (see Payments).

3How We Use Your Information

• Register you for the contest, reserve your spot, and administer the event.
• Process your entry payment and confirm your registration.
• Send the electronic waiver and record your signed entry.
• Contact you about your registration and, where you have consented, by SMS.
• Contact your emergency contact if needed on contest day.
• Award and fulfill prizes, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4Payments

Entry payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Your card details are entered on the processor's secure checkout and are handled by the processor under its own privacy policy - we do not see or store your full card number.

5Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us run the contest - for example our CRM/marketing platform (GoHighLevel), payment processor (Stripe), e-signature, email, and SMS providers.
• Legal & compliance recipients, as required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6Your Rights & Choices

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected].

7Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to administer the contest, fulfill prizes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8Security

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Minors

The contest is open to adults only - contestants must be 18 years of age or older, and we do not knowingly collect registration information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has submitted registration information, we will delete it. Spectators of all ages are welcome at the event.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date.

11SMS / Text Messaging

Our registration form offers two separate, optional SMS opt-ins:

• Contest SMS: messages about your registration and the contest (confirmations, reminders, updates).
• Marketing SMS: promotional messages from Master Pho.

You only receive the message types you opt into. Message frequency varies and may include recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Data protection

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
